ClutterRack LLC Limited Warranty
What This Warranty Covers
ClutterRack LLC warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation. This warranty applies only to genuine manufacturing or material defects in the product itself.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, ClutterRack LLC's sole obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is, at ClutterRack LLC's discretion, to repair the defective product, replace the defective component or product, or refund the amount paid for the defective product. ClutterRack LLC reserves the right to use new or equivalent parts in any repair or replacement.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover, and ClutterRack LLC is not responsible for, any of the following:
- Exceeding weight capacity. Any damage, failure, bending, collapse, or injury resulting from loading the product beyond its stated maximum weight capacity. Each product's rated capacity is provided at the time of installation, and the customer is solely responsible for staying within it.
- Improper use or loading. Uneven loading, overloading a single point, dynamic or shifting loads, hanging or attaching items not intended for the product, or any use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.
- Modification or third-party work. Any alteration, adjustment, repair, relocation, reinstallation, or servicing of the product performed by anyone other than ClutterRack LLC or a ClutterRack LLC authorized installer.
- Structural and site conditions. Failure or damage caused by the condition of the ceiling, joists, drywall, framing, garage structure, or mounting surface, including inadequate structural support, pre-existing defects, moisture, or building movement. The customer represents that the installation area is structurally sound and suitable for the product.
- Environmental and external causes. Damage from water, flooding, humidity, corrosion, fire, pests, storms, power surges, electrical issues not caused by a product defect, accidents, vandalism, or acts of God.
- Normal wear and cosmetic items. Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
- Neglect and maintenance. Failure to maintain, inspect, or operate the product according to provided instructions.
- Electrical components beyond stated terms. For motorized or electric units, wear items and components are covered only for the stated period, and only where failure results from a manufacturing defect and not from misuse, overloading, or power supply issues.
Installation
ClutterRack LLC installs each product to manufacturer specifications at the time of installation. Once installation is complete and accepted by the customer, the customer is responsible for the ongoing safe use, loading, and maintenance of the product. ClutterRack LLC is not liable for any issue arising after installation that is not a genuine product defect covered under this warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutterRack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, damage to items stored on or around the product, loss of use, personal injury, or lost time, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product. ClutterRack LLC's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, the customer must contact ClutterRack LLC within the warranty period and before further use of the product, provide proof of purchase and installation date, and allow ClutterRack LLC or its authorized representative to inspect the product. ClutterRack LLC reserves the right to inspect before approving any claim. Products that have been overloaded, misused, modified, or damaged by any excluded cause will not be eligible.
No Other Warranties
This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by ClutterRack LLC and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer at the original installation address.

General
The information, products, and installation services provided by ClutterRack LLC ("ClutterRack," "we," "us," or "our") are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By purchasing, using, or having any ClutterRack product installed, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this disclaimer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Assumption of Risk
Overhead and garage storage products are used to store items at height and carry inherent risks, including the risk of falling objects, product failure under load, and personal injury or property damage. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the purchase, installation, presence, and use of ClutterRack products on your property.
Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Staying within the stated weight capacity and loading guidelines for each product at all times.
- Ensuring items are stored, secured, and distributed properly and safely.
- Keeping people, vehicles, and belongings clear of the area beneath and around the product.
- Inspecting and maintaining the product over time and discontinuing use if any issue is observed.
- Confirming that your garage, ceiling, and structure are suitable for overhead storage.
No Liability for Misuse or External Causes
ClutterRack is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from or related to: exceeding weight capacity; improper or uneven loading; modification, adjustment, relocation, or servicing by anyone other than ClutterRack or its authorized installer; the condition or adequacy of your ceiling, framing, or building structure; water, fire, moisture, pests, storms, power issues, accidents, or acts of God; or any use of the product inconsistent with its intended purpose or provided instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClutterRack LLC, its owners, members, employees, contractors, and authorized installers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, damage to stored items, loss of use, lost time, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected to the purchase, installation, use, or inability to use any ClutterRack product, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if ClutterRack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, the total aggregate liability of ClutterRack LLC for any and all claims relating to a product or its installation shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific product.
Installation Disclaimer
ClutterRack installs products according to manufacturer specifications based on the conditions present at the time of installation. ClutterRack does not warrant or guarantee the underlying structure, ceiling, or framing to which products are mounted, and is not responsible for latent or pre-existing structural conditions. Once installation is completed and accepted, responsibility for the safe use, loading, monitoring, and maintenance of the product transfers to the customer.
No Professional Advice
Any guidance provided by ClutterRack regarding capacity, placement, or use is general in nature and does not constitute engineering, structural, or professional advice. Customers with concerns about their structure should consult a licensed professional.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClutterRack LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and authorized installers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use, misuse, loading, or maintenance of any ClutterRack product after installation, or your breach of these terms.
